Booking and Cancellation Policy:
a. To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation.
b. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time and a 10% penalty fee will be charged.
c. In case of no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided.

b. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Resident La Flabuste is located.
